How we do it

Step 1:

The first part of the process is having you answering some questions from our downloadable assessment form. Once we receive the your assessment form we will go over the details of your site requirements and any additional features or elements that you want to add.. You will then be contacted by phone, meeting or email to determine the general layout and information you want for your site and what your budget limitations are.

Step 3:

At this stage most of you sites content will be available for you to see online and we will make any minor revisions free of charge. Revision that require major changes to the coding of the page will be billed at 40.00 an hour or if you decide that you want an additional unique page for your site the cost will be 60.00 per page base on the original template from your home page.

Hosting

If you chose unmanaged hosting you will administer your site and make any updates to images photos or text to keep your site fresh. So search engines will continue to index your site. The marketing of your site will be your responsibility, But if you need any additional services we will be more than happy offer our services at an hourly rate.

Step 2:

After agreeing on the final cost, you supply us with all of your content, photos, text, graphics and your deposit and we start creating a layout of your web site. Within one to three days you will receive a copy of the layout in a jpeg format so that you can see how your site will flow from the main page and decide on any revision that you want to be made. through out the design process your sites pages will be loaded on our testing server so you can see the completed pages take form.

Step 4:

When all pages have been completed to your satisfaction, and all of the elements of your site are functioning correctly, your site will be complete. Upon receiving your remaining balance we will upload your entire site to either our hosting server or your existing host and test one final time. You will love the end result!

Managed Hosting

Choosing a managed hosting account may be a better choice for you if you think that you may need regular updates of photos or text. Depending on your plan, we will perform the given number of updates to your site your site on a monthly basis or as needed.
