How long will it take to finish my site?

After you decide on the type of site that you need, and furnish all of
the photos, graphics, and text files, we can start designing your site.
Usually this takes about one to two weeks depending on the type
site you want created.

When can I see my site?

As soon as we receive all of you files we will create a static image or
jpeg of the first page of your site so that you can see the general layout
and appearance. Upon your approval and after all change you want have
been made, we will start adding the code to make all of the elements of
your site functional. During this process we will upload your site to our
testing server so that you can watch as your site begins to develop.

What if I want to change elements of my site as its being built?

Generally after you have agreed upon the layout of your site we can still make
changes. However after final approval there will be an additional charge. If later
on down the road you want to add or change things you can do it yourself or
you can select one of our managed hosting plans that would be the most cost effective
for your personal needs.

What is a Domain?

A domain is that name that identifies your site and lets people know where to find you.

How do I get my own domain?

When you sign up for your site you have the option of choosing your domain at that time.
We at point line offer this service to you and depending on your plan it may be included
in the cost of your hosting plan.

If you already have a business you can use your business name. If you haven't got a
business name, choose a name for your site that is as descriptive as possible of the services
or products that you will be offering. Also try to keep your domain name as short as possible
and make it easy to remember so that if someone sees your domain name while driving or

Do I need hosting?

Yes you need a hosting account. A hosting account allows users on the internet to connect to your site.
Your hosting account is where all of your files for your web site will be stored.
